Dallas Rowley from Man + River got his start metal detecting, primarily underwater, while scuba diving. He has recently started detecting on land, as well. Although he has only a couple of years of detecting experience, he has found quite a few interesting things both underwater and on land.
Dallas and his YouTube audience seem to be most excited about finding modern lost items like phones, GoPro cameras, and jewelry. Dallas also tracks down the owner to see their reaction when their property is returned. Dallas lives in Texas but travels the United States in search of his next adventure.

You can look over your own personal essays or medical school secondary essays as a way to know what to talk about, but you should also recall important events in your life that will help you answer these questions. If you refer to your own personal experiences then your answers will come off as genuine and authentic.
There aren't exact right or wrong answers on the Casper test. Casper is designed to evaluate your ethical and common sense decision making and professionalism by placing you in hypothetical, ethically-murky scenarios. Since this is the case, it's best to answer the questions with if/then conditional statements.
Being familiar with the test will help you overcome test-taking anxiety and give more confident, thoughtful responses. If you've never taken it, you may wonder if the Casper test is easy or hard to pass. Most test-takers consider Casper to be simple compared to more rigorous admissions exams like the MCAT.
Question 1: Describe a time when you had to deal with conflict and how you coped with it? Question 2: How might you handle a similar situation differently should it arise again? Question 3: What would be your strategy if you were faced with a conflict that cannot be resolved?
During your Casper test, the Acuity Insights team may, at any time and from time to time, remotely monitor your access to the service to ensure compliance with the terms of use.
Raters are only provided with your typed or video reply to the specific scenario they are scoring. A Casper response is scored relative to other responses to the same scenario. This means your score signifies the strength of your response compared to other test takers' responses.
How long is the CASPer test? The CASPer test consists of 12 sections, 8 video responses and 4 typed responses, each followed by three questions. You have 5 minutes to respond to the 3 follow-up questions, and the test runs for a total length of approximately 90 minutes.
On the day of your exam, remember to dress to impress, but also dress comfortably. Although the Casper test is not a formal interview with a live interviewer, you will be recording yourself for the video-based responses and you will still be recorded by your webcam as you complete your typed responses.
