Lizzie (2024)

Lizzie is the Bounty Hunter's sister and a main character in High On Life. She usually hangs out in the house, after it was warped away from the Earth, but she also is involved in a variety of dialogues and the missions Lizzie Returns, Meet Tweeg and Rescue Lizzie.

Appearance[]

Lizzie is a blonde young woman, who is commonly seen wearing a pink hoodie and ripped jeans.

Personality[]

Lizzie is often sarcastic and rude towards other people, especially towards Gene. When first encountering the Bounty Hunter's Gatlians, she is rude to them and seems to be annoyed by their presence, with the exception of Sweezy, who she seems to like.

As seen in the introduction of the game, Lizzie does drugs, most often cocaine, on a regular basis. She seems to be at her worst when under its influence, as seen by her irritable tone towards the Bounty Hunter when they give her a look about using it. However, it is also possible that this is how she usually acts even when completely not intoxicated.

As previously stated, Lizzie is often rude to other characters in the game, even to her sibling, the Bounty Hunter. When engaging in dialogue that Lizzie is not particularly interested in, she will often end the discussion with a sarcastic comment.

Lizzie also seems to have a violent side to her, as seen in the Rescue Lizzie mission, where depending on your actions Lizzie might murder her kidnapper/boyfriend Tweeg. Even though Tweeg's death is entirely dependant on the player's choices, if Lizzie does kill Tweeg she will show zero remorse about it, and even claim to enjoy taking another's life, which makes Kenny nervous.

Bounty Hunter: Lizzie is the sister of the Bounty Hunter. She is often rude to them, but is sympathetic and caring in emotional moments, and clearly does not wish their sibling any ill will. Right before going off to fight Garmantuous, she will wish them luck, and ask them to do their best not to die.

Gene: Lizzie is often cold to Gene, insulting him for never moving off the couch. Even though she starts to warm up to him closer to the end of the game, she still appears to dislike him.

• When choosing your character, Lizzie (who is high on cocaine) will react to you if you make your character black.
• There are two outcomes to what happens between her and her (former) new boyfriend Tweeg:
  • If you choose Lizzie's side, she'll runaway with Tweeg and break up with him when he told her he was paid by the G3 to almost take her in.
  • If you choose Gene's side, Tweeg will kidnap her to the G3 and she'll kill him, covered in his blood.
• In a new update for the game, both Lizzie and Lezduit are now added to the house after you beat the game.
• In the High on Knife DLC, Lizzie is not present in the house.
  • Although there is no definite answer as to what happened to Lizzie, dialogue from Gene implies that she left to go and make a name for herself.
