This worked just fine on the first leg of my journey. The second leg was on a 737-800 and it did not work at all. It had an entirely differently shaped metal end piece and this one would not go into the buckle. The plane's seat belt, however, seemed to be just a bit longer than on other Southwest flights and I was able to do without the extender. It would be a good idea to check which aircraft type is scheduled to be used on your flight.

Excellent product, works great! It will NOT work on Southwest 737-MAX. I know they're grounded but they will be up and running soon and I know from experience that they do NOT fit! Still looking for that alternative.

I bought this extender so I didn't have to ask the flight attendants for one. I had to recently ask and it was a terrible feeling, I fit in the seat fine just that seat-belt doesn't work. This extender came in a cute blue pouch and was perfect. it extended perfectly and there was no embarrassment. I would recommend this to anyone who needed a little extra slack in their seat-belt.

I really can't rate this as it did not fit the Southwest seatbelt. I am looking for the receipt so it can be returned.

This extender didn't work an all my Southwest flights. It worked for one of my Southwest flights (on my departure) and didn't work for my other Southwest flight (my arrival). Maybe it was a newer plane? In either case, the claim that this works for Southwest wasn't true.
