I ordered a casket spray well enough in advance for a funeral on a Monday. I paid extra for early delivery explaining what time the service was. I called and was told no problem they could do it. I got an email Friday afternoon saying that they would not be able to make the delivery time and could they deliver it to my house later. A casket spray, for THE CASKET. Delivered to my house AFTER the service? First of all you would think funerals would take time precedence over any regular flower deliveries. This came off as insensitive and downright ludicrous.

Tip for consumers:
It would've been helpful to know they don't prioritize funerals above regular flower delivery. Alternatively they could have offered delivery to me on Sunday and I could have brought the spray to the church myself.. but no.

I ended up cancelling the order because who needs a casket spray after the funeral?

Placed an order at 10 AM for evening delivery. Spoke with the manager to make sure they deliver it on time and get positive. At 5 PM they called me and informed that my order will be delivered tomorrow. They ruined my event (my wife's birthday party). Just horrible, absolutely irresponsible.

I ordered against the odds because I was trying to get flowers for my daughter-in-law's birthday. I ordered on Saturday, September 8,2023, AND paid the additional fee to get the flowers to her for the next day BEFORE 1 PM. Would you believe the flowers were NEVER DELIVERED? I called customer service, and they told me the order was CANCELLED. I asked why, and their answer was the order delivery was "QUESTIONABLE".WTF does that mean? The young lady lives in a nice area, predominantly minorities; however, a decent neighborhood. Even so, they should have noted BEFORE taking my money, they don't deliver on that side of town, or call and state they need assistance. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!

I have been getting the Thomas Kincaid buildings since they started for my anniversary as I was married at Christmas. This years sweet shop is the poorest workmanship of all the buildings so far. The detail is horrible compared to the earlier buildings. If this years looks as poor I will not purchase it. The sweet shop do even look like it belongs in the same collection.
Very disappointed.Compare to previous buildings. See the difference in workmanship.

If you are thinking about buying from this company, save your time and money and find another company and actually read the reviews. I bought flowers from this company for my sister's birthday and we (my mother and her bank account were involved) tried next day delivery as we both live in different states. We included a balloon and a medium sized box of chocolates (the box costed $20 - keep this in mind). I got a confirmation order and everything and thought the whole process went smoothly considering this was last minute. I got an email around midnight saying that my order was cancelled due to suspicious activity. Now, the whole order was around $117 with everything we included but what can be so suspicious about including a balloon and some chocolates? The next day, I went through customer service which was a headache in it's own. Once you finally get through an operator, you explain your situation and then get transferred again but this time to an actual representative from the company. The first time, the representative asked me for the whole card information and I have no idea if it was concerning that she asked for it but since I wasn't able to answer her question because I didn't have the card in front of me (the card used was my mother's card and she wasn't home), she had to hang up which was understandable so I went through again. This time around, I got through quicker as we were trying to get the order sent and the lady had asked me for the last 4 digits of the card. This time, I was able to answer because I did have that information so it was kind of sketchy the first time. I asked if the company was going to charge me the first time and she told me no. The first time around, the charge went through even though they cancelled the order on us and even though they told us that we wouldn't get charged again because the order didn't go through the first time, we were charged twice. My sister did end up getting the arrangement with everything included but the order was still a fail as the chocolates that were sent, were expired since March. The chocolates have been expired for 4 months at this point. We did end up receiving a refund after this huge headache which was the only good thing that came out from this company. My one advice: do not use this company unless you want to go through many obstacles just for a simple order.

I ordered the Magical Muse Bouquet - Deluxe and was expecting something similar to the picture online but I received something that was much smaller.

Tip for consumers:
The actual bouquet is much smaller, with fewer flowers and very little floral variety when compared to the bouquet in the picture online.

I ordered from them for my sisters wake. I ordered a large spray over $300. They were not delivered to the funeral home. It took me five phone calls to get through to an actual person. They said the florist was unable to fill my order. Nobody called to inform me of this. They said they'd make it and deliver it the follow day. The wake was not the following day. I was extremely upset. Never will I order from them again, and you shouldn't either!

They emailed me at 6pm on the day of delivery to say they could not deliver the flowers I had ordered. That left me no time to arrange an alternative gift. Then they refused to refund the full amount because the person who took the order made an error, and their records did not reflect the amount they charged my card. I'm having to go through the claims process on VISA to try and get my money back. Terrible company--unreliable, incompetent and dishonest.

I ordered a rather expensive floral arrangement for the 50th wedding anniversary of one of my best friends. It was to be delivered to her home & I had to confirm her address, etc on the website. I ordered it to be delivered on a Thursday. Got an email saying they were not able to reach anyone at the residence on Thursday. Got the same email the next day, even though someone was there both days. Then Saturday got an email confirming delivery. BUT the order was never delivered. I called Teleflora on Sunday & they re-issued the order. Within hours, I got an email CANCELLING the order. And only a partial refund- SO FAR. I'm not done with them yet.

We never received our order and the CSR we called stated that the florist the order was sent to was closed on Sunday's. How could a company send an order to a florist that was closed. Their database should be smart enough to seek Florists that are actually open on Sunday's. They need someone to update their algorithm to search appropriately. My Mother-In-Law was devastated that her Casket Spray was never delivered for her son's funeral. Shameful of Teleflora. I will never order from them again and will pass this information to as big an audience that all forms of media will allow.

I was very pleased with the flowers and service that I received from the local florist. The flowers are so pretty. What I am not happy with is the cost of $21.98 from Teleflora for the service. If I had realized that I wouldn't have bought from them. Next time I will call my local florist instead.

I live across country from where I wanted a same day delivery to go. I chose Teleflora because I needed a cute get well bouquet with same day delivery. I first checked out a well-known florist in my hometown, but with Mother's Day tomorrow, they didn't have much of a selection, and I needed the vase to be cute, for my granddaughters. Teleflora had it! They had just the right bouquet at a reasonable price, with same day delivery. You just can't beat that.

Well, I spoke too soon. I just received an email saying that delivery couldn't be made today because of the weather. It's 55 degrees in the city where the flowers are being delivered. Lying doesn't sit well with me, because I received another email from a different customer service rep saying delivery will be delayed because it's Mother's Day tomorrow. And I do understand that florists are so busy for Mother's Day, but why offer same day delivery, and charge for it, if they're not going to be able to deliver the same day. That is something I don't understand. The delivery will now be on Monday, when no one will be home. It's being delivered to an apartment, and the bouquet will have to be left by the front door of the apartment. Hopefully no one will take it.

Needless to say, this will be my one and only time using Teleflora. I'm pretty disappointed, and for the little girls who needed to be cheered up today, they'll be disappointed, too.

Tip for consumers:
I ordered and paid for same day service, but didn't receive same day service. Delivery scheduled for 3 days out.

I needed to have flowers delivered same day, so after researching other sites that were able to deliver same day, I came down to two places. I chose to go to Teleflora. I wish I hadn't. I got though the online order just fine, no problems. Received the confirmation email that they got my order and it showed the delivery date I requested (same day). Over an hour later I receive a text message saying that there is an issue with my order. I called the number the text told me to and gave them the order number the text told me to give them. They didn't have record of my order. She tried looking it up two different ways and couldn't find my order. After being on the phone longer than I should have been, she finally found it. Now I am being told that they can't deliver the same day because my order was placed too late. The cut off time was 3pm. Funny, I received the confirmation email at 2:16 that my order was received. Apparently it took nearly an hour for them to decide which shop would fill the order, and by then it was 3:04. Now it's somehow my fault and now it's too late to go to the other shop I chose. Now if I want to have flowers delivered tomorrow, it will cost me more because it's a Saturday. I get that you may not be able to deliver it the same day if the order is too late, but it wasn't. The system is all automated. I should have been notified immediately (or at least within 20 minutes) that they could not fill my order as requested. I should have had plenty of time to go with another shop. Why on earth in this day and age did it take so long to route my order? Really, really not happy. I will not use this company again and will encourage others not to as well.
