How do I contact Macmillan customer care? ›

General refund policies

If you purchased access to a digital product (e.g. Achieve), you can receive a full refund within two weeks of purchase if you have not accessed (viewed or printed) or submitted more than 20% of the content or assignments.

On the Macmillan Learning support site, you cannot reset your Achieve password. This means that if you forget your Achieve password, you won't be able to change it on the Macmillan Learning support site.

Your teacher will set up a class and then give you a password. Select the correct course from the homepage and click on Join class on the bottom right of the image. Enter the password and click on Join class. You will have joined your teacher′s class and the teacher will be able to see your scores and progress.

How do I join a class on Achieve? ›

Go to the Achieve sign in page. If you are not signed in or do not have an Achieve account, click I Need to Enroll in a Course. Note: If you have any issues viewing this page, you can also start this process from the course URL.

What is the expectation of the financial responsibility of the family? Every family is expected to make a financial contribution toward tuition. This contribution is calculated on a sliding scale as determined by the financial aid report and information gathered through interviews.

You are usually referred to a CNS when you are first going for tests for cancer, or have just been diagnosed with cancer. They will give you a telephone number so you can contact them. But there may not always be a CNS for your type of cancer. You can ask your doctor if there is a nurse specialist you can talk to.
