Dear Prospective City College Graduate:
Congratulations! After years of hard work, you are about to receive the CCNY degree that you have earned! The Division of Student Affairs is very proud of your accomplishments. You will soon go off fully equipped to apply your skill set on the professional landscape.
But before you depart, we want to assist you in making your graduation a day to remember. The College is sponsoring an annual graduation preparation event called “Graduate Salute”, a one-stop opportunity to guide you through the process of getting ready for your graduation. This event, which will take place over three days, offers all the information and services you will need for a smooth and unforgettable Commencement Day in one convenient location.
Graduate Salute—Tuesday, April 9, 2019 - 12pm - 4pm in the Great Hall of Shepard Hall
Graduate Salute—Wednesday, April 10, 2019 - 3pm -7pm in the Great Hall of Shepard Hall
Graduate Salute @ CWE – Thursday, April 11, 2019 – 4pm – 7pm in the Auditorium (CWE Students Only)
At the Graduate Salute, prospective students will be able to order the cap and gown required to participate in the commencement ceremony. Graduates will also be able to get information about the CCNY yearbook, order your graduation class ring and have your senior portrait professionally taken. Prospective graduates, will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from a number of pertinent offices, such as, Financial Aid and Graduate Admission. The Career Professional Development Institute will be there to assist you with the next phase in life. You can also join The CCNY Alumni Association.
At the Graduate Salute, you will have a chance to win prizes during the various raffles.

Apart from the raffles, there will be prizes sponsored by the Undergraduate Student Government and the Department of Student Life and Leadership Development.
