The region is filled with Japanese-inspired scenery and architecture and has a vision hunt decree going on around it.
Inazuma is a beautiful region with lots of new mobs and a great soundtrack. Mysteries are all over this land just like the other regions. Exploration in this land is also quite unique due to thunder spheres that will allow you to quickly traverse certain parts of Inazuma.
However, don't be complacent as there are a lot of lurking dangers in Inazuma such as a never-ending thunderstorm on one of the islands. This region is also home to wandering samurais or ronins who can easily wipe an unprepared or unsuspecting team. This region can be quite dangerous for players that are not prepared.
This region is also the first one to have an Archon directly controlling everything that's happening in it. Liyue's Archon has surrendered control to its people, while Mondstadt's Archon didn't want to control their region in the first place.

To unlock Inazuma, you must complete the first part of "Archon Quest Chapter II: Act I - The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia.". You must also be Adventurer Rank 30.
Heads up! Inazuma is a really dangerous place outside of the main city, the mobs can be really annoying so we recommend that you at least have one party decently built. If you're interested in looking for what characters are worth it to build, check out our Genshin Impact Tier List.
Once you've fulfilled the pre-requisites, the first part of the quest to unlock Inazuma can be taken from Katheryn, from the Adventurer's Guild in Liyue. The first part of this quest is called "Setting Sail". After this quest, you'll arrive in Ritou, a small port town just around Inazuma. You'll do quite a bit of stuff in this town before you'd be able to leave and freely explore.
