Note:You cannot directly change the owner of a Facebook Page in the Facebook Business Manager. You can only edit a users permission levels. Once more than one admin is assigned to the page you can remove the originalowner.
To change the owner of a Facebook Page:
1. Go to your Facebook Page 2. In the left nav click on settings

If you'd like others in your organization to be able to grant access and manage the business page, add them as an admin. From your business page, click Manage. Click Page Access in the left menu. Click Page Access under the settings for New Page Experience.
Pages can only be accessed through a personal account that belongs to an admin or someone with Facebook access to a Page. If you think your Page was taken over by someone else, it may mean that your personal account or the account of someone who works on your Page was hacked.
Look at the top right portion of the screen; you should see a world or bell icon. This is where you will see most notifications. If the page invitation is found here, you will be asked to accept. The second place a notification might be is at the left side of the screen within the sidebar.
