In our attempt to stay healthier, feel good,live longer,and most importantly, look good 😉 we had better eat the foods that have the most impact. I mean, why waste your time on foods that have little effect.

We’ll start with ARUGULA since I put it in my smoothie this morning. You wouldn’t imagine that this combo would taste good – berries with arugula, but it really does. It adds a little kick from the peppery arugula and is quite a pleasant flavor. And, what an easy way to eat more. Try it in this V-8 Smoothie!

Arugula and its Superfood Qualities

So for its superfood qualities. At #7 on the top 30 superfood list, arugula is a member of the Brassica family of vegetables called cruciferous – a group that also has other superstar foods such as broccoli, kale, and cabbage.
